UK Parliament Westminster Hall 3 hour debate ''ME: Treatment and Research'' held Thursday 21st June 2018 led by Carol Monaghan, MP. Speeches highlighted problems with PACE, GET, CBT, NICE guidelines, lack of recognition and appropriate care, mistreatment of children and lack of biomedical research funding. Minister responding described the purpose of the debate as 'awareness raising' and made no commitment to change.
