This reads to me like a “health business” rather than a charity
The "wellness journey" line seals it.
Anyone confusing fatigue for ME can be safely ignored and told to go away and never come back.
What I don't understand is what these people can offer that isn't available on the internet?
I imagine what benefits users of this service the most is not any actual 'treatment', but rather having someone there who cares and can listen.
This lot - Salus Fatigue Foundation - appear to be responsible for getting this article printed. Talks about "holistic" and "recovery journey". Ugh, enough said. Not a recommendation.
