NHS video Pilates for CFS (not a recommendation)

Here's the reply from the NHS about the rating system (there's also a comment in the reply about the video - I had replied to their reply.

Dear xxx,

I apologise that the rating system does not seem to be working on this page. Rest assured, I have received your feedback on this video and am working with in house clinicians currently to find a solution to your complaint.

Also, please bare in mind that the NHS site is going through a change and the page enabling you to leave feedback will be decommissioned soon aligned with the new NHS site. You will still be able to write in with comments and comment on videos on our YouTube channel.

Thank you for your message and I hope this clarifies some of your frustrations. I will pass on the details of the ratings not working to the appropriate team.

Kind regards
The Digital Multimedia Team
Well that’s convenient isn’t it? I wonder what the clinicians will say?

Keep us posted and then I guess if it’s a bland response mire of us can write in?

I got another reply from the NHS today, I'm not quite sure why, perhaps this is the result after consultation with the in-house clinician. Anyway, I'd count this as a 'bland response' that could mean anything at all.

Dear XXX,
We value all feedback from the public and thank you for taking the time to send yours.

We regularly review our content and will ensure that your feedback is taken into account when reviewing this video.

We may remake or reshape video content based on user feedback so your message will be instrumental to how we approach reviewing this video.

Thanks again,
NHS.UK

More letters from others suggesting the video be withdrawn until it's remade wouldn't hurt I think.

A win!! A tiny tiny win, but still. It's due to the NICE Guidelines @adambeyoncelowe @Keela Too @saranbonser

Thank you for contacting the NHS Website Service Desk. We have provided the following solution to your case CS0001994.

Our proposed solution:

Hi and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We agree with your feedback and current guidance from NICE. As a result we have removed the video from our website and youtube channel.

We are keen to create exercise content with our partners Instructor Live that aligns more to the experience of people living with ME/CFS.
We have added this work to our backlog . We are keen to work more directly with people with ME/CFS and it's key charities. Lots of user research will need to be done to ensure any new exercise content meets the user needs.

Many thanks,
The NHS website multimedia team

In the 'accept this solution' email, I have suggested that the NHS work with Physios for ME if they want to create content about exercise for people with ME/CFS. @PhysiosforME

Absolutely. If 'Instructor Live' have no idea about providing evidence-based advice they should not be used.

And its doesn't have an apostrophe.

At least the video is down.

Not only are the NHS website multimedia team giving unevidenced and harmful advice about medical conditions, they are bad at grammar. I wonder if the same person wrote the reply I received back in 2018:
