    There is an urgent need to establish an effective treatment for ME / CFS. and underperforming compared to healthy adolescents.
    this is the reason so much has gone wrong in medicine . no time for proper convalescence we must produce good working tax payers not disabled people . not the response anyone would want from the medical profession .

    Once again showing that substance is entirely irrelevant to evidence-based medicine, everything is in the rhetoric. The "updated" review plainly states the evidence is poor. It still inexplicably argues it's better than nothing but it clearly says the evidence is poor.
