United Kingdom: Suffolk & North East Essex (SNEE) Service Development

Work is continuing to develop a new M.E. and CFS Service in Suffolk and North East Essex.

A survey has been created which is focused on establishing the priorities of patients, taking into account the new NICE Guidelines. Resources will be limited, so we need to establish what is most important to local patients.

The survey isn't that long and we tried to keep as many tick boxes as possible to make it easier to complete.

The survey is only for people who live in Suffolk and North East Essex - but if you do live in our area, please complete it if you can.
