    I didn't realise that my health was worth so much investment by the government;

    £59 million a year for everyone, so assuming (incorrectly) that there are 59 million people in the UK that's £1 each per year.

    So, according to the Uk government protecting my health is worth under 2p a week to them.

    I am flattered, I had assumed, from the way they have behaved, and funded things, in the past, that my health had a significant negative value to them.
