    Hi! This has been around for awhile yet I forgot about it til recently when I was looking for something simpler to send someone who kept commenting on how well I looked. I had given them a few examples how PEM in ME/CFS works (that I thought a person without ME would get) yet from their other comments it clearly wasn't enough.

    Hopefully some of the captions and pictures will be easier for them to perhaps understand a little more.

    Thought maybe this would be good for anyone else who wants to share it or add to it! :)
