Translating S4ME Fact Sheets into French

Thanks @hotblack and @Wits_End. I wouldn't want anyone spending on it so I guess, not the first option.

It's not a technical discussion - BPS. With better quality translation to English than google would be ideal, I was just trying to make it easy as poss for people. Good enough will do - it's value is corroborative.

I'll message you with a link if that's ok @Wits_End Don't want it on the forum for the the moment, until I'm ready.

Hmm. Initial feedback from colleagues suggests that even the output from specialist software might need considerable cleaning up (that was for English - she didn't know specifically about French). From the little I watched, it did sound very clear, at least - but I'm wondering how time-consuming it will still be.

Thanks very much for looking into it, and noted. I'll leave it as it is.

Sorry, I've only just spotted this. First of all, thank you to the members who have spent so much time and effort on this - wow, what a lot of words it is! I'm not used to reading this sort of material in French, so don't know how much I can contribute, but still, a few thoughts:

I wondered, in the S4ME header, whether "Là où" would be better than simply "Où"?

Bottom of page 4, would "Il lui faut encore une semaine" be better than "Il lui faut une autre semaine"? (And does "avant que" take "ne", or am I wrong or hopelessly old-fashioned?)

Middle of page 3: "Aucun de ces autres effets liés à l’effort ne présentent" - shouldn't that be "présente"?

I also have reservations about expecting a native French speaker to read references in English, but presumably there's little good research available in French?
