Sleep problems in ME/CFS - discussion thread

I'm finding that if I eat more at dinner than what I'm used to, it helps my sleep. I'm usually finished with dinner around 7:30, and I go to bed a little after midnight. Maybe that much time between dinner and bed leads to blood sugar dips during the night.

I could just eat a small snack an hour or so before bed, but I have some dental implants and don't want to have to floss and use the waterpik again after a bedtime snack since I do this dental routine after dinner, too.
