Our supporter Pippa Stacey has released a compilation book featuring multiple contributors sharing their experiences of varying severities of M.E.
The book, titled Dear Chronic Illness, features a collection of short letters written by young people, addressed to their long-term illnesses and impairments, detailing what they would like to say to them.
It's a short read, comprising of 61 pages, and will be released in eBook and paperback format from
Amazon.
Royalties from the book will be donated to Spoonie Survival Kits, which Pippa founded and which provides "little bags of happiness that contain a range of items that will hopefully help those with long-term conditions to smile, and remind them they are not alone."
