I re-sent the letter a while back in case it had been missed, but still no reply.

Maybe I need to bring it to the attention of the Mason Foundation, or the administration of the University of NSW.

This kind of delay without even an acknowledgement of your letter is very poor handling of a complaint and that in itself is deserving of criticism let alone the substantive issue. I think escalating it to the administration and the funders, is definitely the right way to go you’ve given the research team plenty of time and a couple of chances to handle this themselves. They really deserve a kick up the backside.

Unfortunately the Mason Foundation has proven to be resistant to complaints from patients about their funding of dodgy research in recent years (for example).

The title seems to be directed towards colleagues who can laugh about "those crazy women". A not so inside joke.

(I have been advised by a former medical professional that patients are viewed as stupid. :banghead::banghead::banghead:)

Leaders in the MeToo movement might find this study, and it's title of interest.
