    I don't know what he thinks he's treating, but it's not ME as we know it. It sounds like he sees a high proportion of people with other fatiguing conditions including burnout, athletic overtraining and depression. Not a mention of PEM, orthostatic intolerance, cognitive impairment, pain, etc. All he talks about is fatigue.

    He's a doctor working in private practice, so his patient experience will be heavily slanted to the wealthy which may, and I'm speculating wildly here, be skewed to include high flying city workers and athletes who hit burnout and/or don't want to admit to depression, and the underemployed bored wealthy. How's that for unfounded stereotyping ;)

    More constructively, I hope some of us will work out how to submit replies including links to better information.
