If they need to raise money, and want to exclude the majority of patients who aren't 'independently wealthy', wouldn't $5000 a day have been as 'effective'?

$50 seems a lot when you have to supply your own refreshments.

I guess it's aimed at clinicians so $200 to watch the whole 4 day conference in the comfort of home or office is cheap compared to travelling, accommodation and attendance in person.

Unfortunately a lot of people can't write it off as a business expense.

The idea of trying to make a profit off live streaming is so last decade - if netflix can't manage it.....
