So I think that not a single person out of the ~2500 participants in the ME/CFS cohort had this variant. [Edit: I should probably say, more specifically, that the variant was not detected in the participants without missing data for this variant.]
Actually, I think the traits listed for a given variant on AstraZeneca's website are those that pass a certain p-value threshold, not those where at least one person had the allele, because for a different variant they list some traits where zero cases had the variant, but the p-value was low suggesting that the variant was possibly protective for these traits.

So I think it's possible one or two ME/CFS cases had the variant but it wasn't shown on the website because this wasn't significant.
