I think I might have missed it i.e. was too slow. It is worth signing up at the link as for example this time he sent out an email a few minutes after his tweet.

I signed up a relative at one stage and out of the blue, they were sent a $50 gift voucher in the last day which has gone to an ME/CFS charity.

I didn’t get one.
