Yes that's right, I read it lazily. Mendiola was bringing an action against Stanford and Montoya. She's dropped it.

I know nothing about the details of whatever happened - or didn’t happen - but I do know we can’t afford to lose people like Dr. Montoya. He started treating us and doing research when is was a professional risk to do so.
