The scientific basis for fatigue, 2025, Martin et al.

I of course haven't read the book (and know nothing about the authors), but I have a contrary opinion just skimming the TOC. It seems like a rather comprehensive look at fatigue, their causes and treatments in various different settings. Looking at various normal/pathological fatigue could enhance the understanding of fatigue in both general and specific to ME/CFS. It also highlights why focusing on fatigue won't get us too far in ME/CFS. I wouldn't throw it away just because the authors are not up to date with ME/CFS.

Yea I too at least like the *idea* of a book integrating a bunch of research about fatigue (or better, whatever makes us feel bad when we have colds/the flu).

Does anyone have any other books or articles about this they’d recommend?
