Silence challenge for severe ME for the 25% group.
    https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/SilenceChallenge

Amanda is completely bedbound and unable to eat or drink anything ,fed by a tube.
She has lost the ability to speak and move her facial muscles.so for Severe ME day she has challenged her carers and us to 24hrs no talking.

Severe ME awareness day 8th august.

Mebbe this link will be better .I don't know what I've done wrong with that one.

Please donate even one £ or a few £.The 25 % ME group is a small charity with a huge workload and only a couple of part time staff providing this advocacy which is a lifeline to so many

For @Little Bluestem ( and anyone else who can't join in on Aug. 8th ) there's a note on the website saying you can do it any day in August:

"We'd like you to join us in taking part on 8th August, but feel free to do it any day in August."

It's easy to miss that info. You have to scroll down and read the small print in the "Event Details" section.

The idea is nice - raise funds and raise awareness - but I had trouble (brain fog) reading that website. I'm sure it was mostly due to the format required by MyDonate.

I don't know much about the 25% ME Group but I did find their website, https://25megroup.org/

The 25% me group also runs a closed facebook group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1421378731464024 This is a safe online severe me community.
to join message Jan Johnson with a request to join the closed group. You don't have 2 be a member of the 25% group and its international - not just uk.
