Tom, would you mind summarising for me the significance of these new findings, in fact what the new findings were.
I've read both the attachments but am struggling to understand the context and salient points of both reports as I do not possess a lot of knowledge on ME/CFS (for now)
However I really do want to pitch a story on this for publication to my editor tomorrow

Student journalists sometimes try to get articles in the mainstream media so it is not necessarily a student publication.
