The journals guidelines say "a conflict of interest can occur when you, or your employer, or sponsor have a financial, commercial, legal, or professional relationship with other organizations." What is the other organization, besides herself, that she has a relationship with? That's what I'm not clear on. The fact that she offers a "treatment" and gets paid for offering it doesn't seem to be enough.
