New facebook group for ME/CFS Pacing with a heart rate monitor

    There's a new facebook group, replacing the old facebook group on the same topic:

    Posting on behalf of a member, so sorry, I can't help with more information.

    I'll put a link to this page on the Pacing thread in Lifestyle Management. I suggest if you want to talk about pacing with heart rate monitor, you do so there, keeping this thread for discussion about the Facebook group.

    Yes. There was only one administrator and that person has been uncontactable for some time which made it difficult to manage the group. So a decision was made to set up a new group, this time with several admins.

    There is a lot of expertise in the group and useful documents. Worth joining if you do FB and are interested in HRM.

    I learnt a lot from the old group.
