A reminder that this event is coming up and is being live-streamed
(this is from an email)

We are just days away from our 2019 ME/CFS International Research Symposium, and the excitement can be felt all around the Emerge Australia office! Held in Geelong, Victoria from 12th to 15th March, we have a stellar lineup of international and domestic speakers.

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend, we will be live-streaming the event throughout. You can view the live-stream via our Facebook page, or via the website www.goliveaustralia.com.au/emerge2019/. After the event, edited versions of the presentations will be made available on our Vimeo channel and on our website.

A note about the livestream: most of the conference will be streamed, but there may be some portions which are unavailable, due to embargoed results.

For those wanting to tweet about the conference, the hashtag is #mecfsconference.

I don't know how to add this to the calendar but if someone can manage it that would be great

How do i convert this day and time to EST?

They’ll be made available on Emerge’s Vimeo channel. Not sure how long after the conference, but I’ll post the link here when they’re up.
That was my big question, is it being youtubed.

I am very surprised that a Dutch CBT/GET proponent will do a presentation at this symposium.

He is part of the group of fatigue researchers who are still promoting CBT and CBT/ GET as a cure for CFS and for QFS although their research showed a null result.

the article mentions Robert Naviaux, who will be flying to Australia, but sadly won’t be attending Emerge’s conference. For anyone interested, he’s coming to Australia for the MINDD International Forum in Sydney on 23-24 March

Hmm. Interesting how it's just Australian women and children facing this epidemic of chronic illness - Australian men are somehow immune to it.
