Looking for suggestions for (non-UK*) European speakers who could be good to give talks to ME/CFS patient groups in English

I'm looking for suggestions for (non-UK*) European speakers who could be good to give talks to ME/CFS patient groups in English.

Medical doctors preferred but non-MD researchers who could also talk & answer questions about a range of ME/CFS research could also be good.

*I say non-UK as I’m already fairly knowledgeable about ME/CFS experts in the UK (though feel free to still throw out suggestions).

Lots of interesting people in the US but most probably too busy or cost too much to give a series of talks in Ireland.
