Just watched BBC Newsnight piece on the Lancet apparently knowing about flawed data in one of their publications leading to death in medical practice. Norman Lamb MP has written to the Lancet and claims to be confused by their lack of action despite the publishers of the paper writing to them asking for corrections.
More about the Lancets part was shown on Newsnight tonight which will be available on the Iplayer tomorrow probably.
