Just wondering if two years on from the last discussion on this thread, do we feel it can now be said that ME/CFS involves altered immune function with the support of research?

Still waiting I am afraid. Rather little has come out on this recently.

The original question was about ME. The only relevant recent research is probably the qEEG study by Andrew Pellegrini that validated Byron Hyde's SPECT outcomes which show the damage that the immune reponse does to the brain.
