I have been thinking about the Tribunal ruling and the release of PACE data. Recently, in the UK, MPs have been debating ME, and the analysis by Caroline Wilshire et al, and the various articles in the little green book, have underlined what is possible when key data is available.
More recently there have been quite a few statements from key institutions about the need to make data more freely available.
So how about trying to make 16th August an International Open Data Day? That's the day that the tribunal ruled in Alem's favour.
It isn't just ME that needs open data: nor is it only health issues.
