    Basically looks like a null result? They talk of small non-significant differences. But still interesting to see what they have looked at,

    To state the obvious: ;)
    Also a null-result is a result.

    It's of no help in the quest for a biomarker.
    But in the long run, maybe of help for the general understanding.
    And lots of subclinical and "insignificant" findings seem to be a typical sign of ME. ;)
