Hi @wastwater. I admit I am bemused. I looked at the diagram you link. It seems to be a complicated network diagram linking lots of biochemical pathways, one of which is labelled FOXO signalling pathway, drawn in the context of a lot of other pathways in a diagram labelled 'cell growth and death and cancer related signal transduction'. The paper it is from is ''Analyzing the disease module associated with osteosarcoma via a network‑ and pathway‑based approach'' So it doesn't seem to be showing what the FOXO pathway is, but showing it's connection to other pathways in a particular cancer related context. Did you have a particular reason why this is of interest?
Hi,I’m thinking I may have reduced FOX01 expression following my rare genetic conditions pathways I was surprised to find FOX01 effects the thyroid as I hadn’t seen it before and wondered if this is the reason for my hypothyroidism I only wanted to post the links diagram as the rest is a rare condition and probably confuses things Then I saw Foxo mentioned in rheumatology and many other conditions

Which part of the FOXO pathway is the important bit,is it the effect on T cells,B cells or glucose, all of it on none of it,I wonder. https://www.genome.jp/kegg-bin/show_pathway?dme04068
