It barely mentions ME/CFS. It would have been an opportunity help doctors understand how to recognize PEM and OI. These are part of more definite syndromes.

Not bad. Not good either. Shows medical science essentially still knows nothing useful about fatigue and has various common meanings for the same word.

Maybe we ought to research that? Maybe? No? OK then.

It doesn't define PEM. It should mention that adverse reactions to exercise in ME can be long term, even permanent.
