    That's true for me. Or it was true, many years ago, when I tried massage a couple of times.

    I learned pretty quickly that massage made me feel worse. So I stopped doing it.

    As I recall my main symptoms were muscle aches along with the overall "flu-ish" feeling, not fatigue. But it has been a long time so my memory could be wrong.
