Disability Tax Credit in Canada Difficult for Invisible Illnesses

    iirc about the PKU tax court decision, one of the key criteria is that more than 14 (?) hours per week must be required for illness treatment/support (or whatever language they use).

    Theoretically, since resting / pacing is key for ME patients not to become more disabled, it could be argued that all hours a ME patient needs to be horizontal (outside of over night sleep) during the day is treatment.

    If I logged the amount of hours during the day I need to be horizontal over the course of a week...
