    Probably not. People can die. Maybe that's the aim? To make healthy people believe the health system is superb, while sick people die or rot, and financial load decreases.

    I know one case of this. This person was treated for anorexia although not having it, and after a while it learnt how a person with anorexia behaves and actually got anorexia. This person definitely didn't have anorexia at the beginning.
