Mine go into my inbox OK, never into junk folder.

For those who see it in spam/junk folders, maybe try right-clicking (or whatever needed on your system) and selecting "Never block sender", or whatever similar offerings are shown.

The differences of whose emails go into junk/spam or not could well be down to what level of junk threshold has been set; if set to something like "High" then it will likely assume anything that seems vaguely like marketing should be sent to the junk/spam folder. In which case reduce the setting. Or alternatively select (right click?) just one of David's emails while it is in the junk folder, and say to never block this sender; new emails should then come into your inbox OK, though you may have to still move the older ones back out of the spam folder to your inbox manually.
