    I’m possibly falling into the trap of thinking what works for me would work for everyone else but I genuinely think person centred counselling is worthwhile people with ME trying if they have the possibility.

    I'm glad it helps you, and I understand it can be helpful for people coping with all sorts of challenging life events, including chronic illness. But I dont see how it would be specifically helpful for ME any more than any other chronic illness, so I dont think it belongs in any guideline like NICE.
