    I know it's nothing to do with the topic of outcome switching but I've taken to wanting to put some detail to names we come across. Especially if by doing that it may prove to be of some use one day.

    Sadly, Altman who was a statistician at Oxford has died since publishing.
    David Moher is an Irish Epidemiologist in Canada at Ottawa.
    Couldn't find much on Kenneth Schulz except that I think he's at a Uni in North Carolina.
