I have not been turned down but things should get a bit clearer shortly.

I am hugely grateful for your interest and commitment to the ME community but I am struggling to accept the “behind the scenes” agenda. I truly hope it works out.

I will be acting as an expert witness for the committee - I have now received an official invitation and signed my forms. I will also try to ensure that relevant material is brought to members' attention.

NICE ME GUIDELINE

Just to let everyone know that I have been formally appointed an Expert Witness by NICE.

I look forward very much to contributing on Severe/Very Severe ME issues.

I am sorry, but I will no longer be able to post anything or make any comment on the NICE process.

Please don’t forget there is lots of free material available on Stonebird, as well as three books on caring for people with Severe ME.

But the psychosocial members all have strong opinions about this disease not existing in the form that is properly described and experience by patients.
