Just came across this on Youtube:

Do we know anything about him?

I looked him up. He's a cardiologist who had autonomic issues and dizziness. He talks about "chronic fatigue".

I wouldn't buy his book but providing preventative information for lifestyle changes isn't a bad thing in general.

He says to lower fat consumption and eat less salt though . . . isn't that a bad thing for autonomic issues?
