Cleaning tips and recommendations for cleaning products

@Invisible Woman you are absolutely right, so difficult to find and KEEP a reliable cleaning lady that you like and trust and she likes you too. I had to let go my previous cleaning lady after 3 years because she was a bully and didn't like me. I was so nervous a day before she comes, I had...

Cleaning tips and recommendations for cleaning products

I agree with @Trish. I tried not having the cleaning lady for a year and I declined badly. Every penny worth. She comes fortnightly to clean the house. I only cook daily and put a wash sometimes. I simply can not do the cleaning. Hubby is very busy with the large garden, shopping, feeding the...

When to see a doctor about loose stools?

Absolutely agree with @Invisible Woman, food diary is a great idea. I had several colonoscopies and an endoscopy and nothing came out of it luckily. But with ME my body is not the same, any day I am intolerant to something that I always have eaten or taken etc. Chemical sensitivities increases...

The country that closed its psychiatric hospitals

I believe the best way of controlling people is accusing them that they might be mentally ill. Then your life is taken away from you. But real nut cases are out and they are actually ruling us, doing all murdering, pillaging, robbing etc.

Junk food 'should be labelled with how long you need to exercise to burn it off'

Some people can not digest the nutrients properly, everyone is different. I know people eat like horses but still very skinny. Best would be not allow junk to be produced and sold. It's the opposite all sorts of junk food is out there and advertised into our faces all the time. There's now huge...

Fatigue and sleepiness responses to experimental inflammation and exploratory analysis of the effect of baseline inflammation in healthy humans

I have to sleep 10 hours at night, if less I'm no good next day at all. 12 hours better. But that's half of the day's gone. Most of the time I don't even get up feeling refreshed after 10 hours.

Is sex worth the pain? Willingness to engage in sexual activity among partnered women with fibromyalgia, 2017, Gullickson et al

Everyone is different, in my opinion sex not worth pain and nothing is worth pain actually. Pain is bad. You have to be healthy to have sex. Unhealthy people can not have sex for various health reasons. Also, there are many asexual people in this world, young and old. It really is not a big deal...

Along with the palpitations I feel very nauseous and dizzy if I drink coffee. I don't enjoy decaff at all. And even decaff makes me fell a bit nauseous too.

Science minded people--help me engineer a simple structure to stay warm?

I was going to suggest that too. My hubby's got one of those, he used to a lot of hiking, hill walking in Scotland and crush out in a bothy with one of those. They are life savers. One year our heating is broken down in January and I spent 4 days in it.
