An interesting (but long, ME/CFS brain dysfunction warning) analysis from a doctor's point of view in diagnosing patients with rare illnesses.

I gave the podcast a try, pretty interesting stuff and each episode lasts only 10 minutes:)

It reminds me of the 99% podcasts, only for medicine.

I was listening to the second podcast (wasn't working, fixed now) and it talks about anchoring bias, something i encountered frequently before getting to my ME/CFS diagnosis, they were convinced i had a sleep disorder despite my symptoms not matching up quite right but with selective symptom reading several doctors fit a square peg into a round hole.
