They have a mandatory state field, that only has foreign states (US and maybe canada), it won't allow me to register without filling it in and thus lying, not sure we should be supporting somewhere that insists people lie ;)

Yep - but it did default to the wrong device on my system until I spotted it, so that might be something worth checking.

??? I don't have any devices. :(

Think I'll phone my tech support!

Do you have any video? I've got nothing there, either.

@Sasha

You must have sound devices or you wouldn't be expecting sound.

I do have "video" but it's just a series of static slides, no video as such.

If you click on the orange arrow in the top right, this will allow you to show the control panel, you can select audio device in there, by checking computer audio and selecting your output device from the drop down box.

Video - no idea, sorry

edited to add- did you click on the join webinar link box in the email sent an hour before it started, to install the webinar software?

Thanks, @Wonko - managed to get it going by just starting from scratch again. No idea why it didn't work to start with.

@Wonko
I selected Germany and "lied" with the state because of missing options. I wanted to listen to the webinar. I guess you lied, too, then :)

I didn't see a country option, my form filler filled in everything other than state, and one optional field (professional institution or something like that), all I had was a drop down list of US and canadian states.

I was temporarily a resident of alabama , which was either at the top or near the top of the list. ;)
