I just checked the California State Medical License Board, to see if there were any updates regarding Dr Eric Gordon.
I think we all are already aware of his 3 year probation, in the State of Calfornia:

But what struck me was the action the State of New York took in July of last year.

It appears as though while Dr Gordon continues to practice in California, the State of New York was not lenient and asked him to surrender his license.
“The physician did not contest the charge of having committed professional misconduct by having been disciplined by the Medical Board of the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs for negligence and incompetence; prescribing without an appropriate prior examination or medical indication; excessive prescribing and failure to maintain accurate patient medical records.”
