    In the Mental Health section, and citing NICE 2007, Cochrane on CBT 2008, and two cost effectiveness studies (one from PACE, without using the word PACE).

    In late 2023.

    This would be like a judge applying a law that was replaced by a more recent one because... reasons. This should not be permitted. In a judicial setting it would be overturned and lead to disciplinary actions. A normal functioning system would not allow absurd nonsense like this. They pick and choose not just the version of reality they want, but the actual on-the-book guidelines they prefer.
