Yes. I think that's what we've all been wondering for years. The spread of CBT /GET as 'the best available' treatment is a puzzle, like the Kardashians or something. You keep thinking: "How did that happen?"

My Kinsley Gaffe reference made it into an article, *happy dance* :emoji_blush::emoji_dancer: :emoji_champagne_glass: :emoji_cake: :emoji_shaved_ice:

Okay, i had my moment, PEM has brought me back to earth :emoji_zzz:

Edit: Why does being happy for a few mins cause such a crash so quickly, i'm not joking that happy burst fried me out :emoji_face_palm:

I think it has something to do with PACE being a thing of beauty, like an ocean liner, or something like that.

[Note: No one perished in the incident below.]

@Alvin had you mentioned the Kinsley Gaffe? I hadn't seen that, or I don't remember at any rate. I've always loved that definition!

@Alvin Good for you! I hadn't noticed that, or as I said maybe I did and it triggered the association. Brain fog setting in after weeks Down Under?? I would have credited you!
