So the main sentence is

There is, however, no longer need to determine that "psychological factors are judged to be associated" ...

I guess as causation, so this fits pretty well with the new neutral name "functional disorder" - I think - but then there is no reason to say that "conversion disorder" "remains" under a new name, instead there is no such thing as conversion disorder anymore.

Again great dishonest when they complete the sentence with

... a change that we believe to be incorrect.

Reason being?

It would also have been interesting to elaborate why some so far unexplained symptoms had been suggested to be non-neurological and some neurological. But I guess this would be asked too much.
