Self-probiotic transplants

    Here's a technique I use. After a course of antibiotics when I need to repopulate the gut I take one probiotic capsule, mix it with lukewarm water for one minute then load it into a no needle syringe and inject it into the anus. I figure that it needs to get there anyway and it bypasses the stomach acid. I can complete a course of probiotics that orally would take 30 days in 2 days doing this.
