Resource for US based parents of school-age children with ME

The attached may be helpful for US based families of children with ME who are able to do schooling.
School nurses, counselors, social workers and teachers can get professional development/continuing education credits while learning about ME and it impact on young people. (Hopefully once they've completed this program, these people will be more helpful to patients, families and in ensuring appropriate services (accommodations/modifications) for young people with ME.
