    Well I had a bug over Christmas. My resting HR was 10 bpm above my normal for some time. Actually it’s start to return to normal preceded my feeling a bit better which was interesting.

    Interesting but I wonder how chronic illness like ours skew the data with permanently high resting heart rates.

    Probably taken off as outliers, but then that could be a treasure trove of data by itself.

    Do we all have high resting heart rates? Mine is as low as 48 bpm.

    Twice now HRV has indicated something was brewing when to all intents & purposes I seemed ok, both subjectively and on other stats. About two days after, symptoms developed. First case flu, second shingles.
