    Now wouldn't it be nice if all those involved in this investigation looked at unsafe psychological interventions?? I won't hold my breath.

    ah well you see, until they start trying out CBT on baboons, pigs and dead bodies........

    eta: mind you, if they did, I'm sure they would still get positive results.

    Some of the responses from medical professionals I saw when these problems were first coming to light were worrying. It's like they were in denial about the problems because they didn't want to acknowledge they were part of a broken system.

    They'd probably just have them as the control group........ ie standard medical care.
