PACE trial manuals no longer accessible

The PACE trial manuals no longer seem to be available from the QMUL website without a log in:

Does anyone have copies of the manuals they can share here?

Here is the apt participant manual ( I don't seem to have a copy of the therapist's manual for APT):

 

Oops - I thought they'd all been uploaded to MEpedia. After the one woolie posted, looks like these are the only two missing now.

 

I think i downloaded them all a few weeks ago. Am away at the mo though so won't be able to check until next week.

 

Here's a complete set so anyone getting to here doesn't need to go further. These were downloaded in April 2011.

This sounds like a circular justification to me, because surely they used a definition most likely to show more favourable results with subjective outcomes. Or am I missing something?

Did they ONLY put up the therapist manuals for each of the four trial arms? But not the other documents? It would seem daft not to have all available. Gah.

 

It looks like the therapist and participant guides are up, but those couple of additional things are not.
