My daughter has an opthalmology appointment coming up - postponed from last April.
We had a lovely young optician who was very concerned about headaches and refreed us on to get further checks done.
Eyes are worse now , but this probabaly reflects worsening overall . Eyes are unrefreshed, constantly feel strained/ crossed and add to the ear ,nose ,jaw and throat issues - I try and tend to look at appointments as an opportunity for gentle advocacy as there is so little knowledge - can anyone suggest any pertinent papers/ theories that may be worth dropping into conversation?
